Please note that I cannot preserve fresh flowers for events that are less than 3 weeks from today's date.

 

How does the process work?

• Please fill out the form below and in 2-3 business days I will follow up with an invoice if your order is accepted. A 50% deposit is required in order for me to prepare materials for your project. Filling out the order form below does not guarantee that your order will be accepted. In some cases, I may not be able to meet your specifications and cannot accept your order. If this is the case, I will let you know.

• Along with the invoice, I will also send you mailing instructions for your flowers. You are responsible for the cost of mailing your flowers to me. I also offer drop-off options depending on your event date or the freshness of the flowers. More information will be provided in my follow-up.

• Fresh flowers will take 4–6 weeks to press and dry. Then, once ready to be preserved in pieces of your choosing, creating those pieces will take 10-14 business days. Therefore, please expect to wait up to 10 weeks for your finished pieces to be ready for mailing or pick up.

• If you are providing already dried flowers, please allow up to four weeks for your pieces to be made.

• You will receive photos of potential arrangements for your pieces to approve before they are preserved in resin. I allow up to two rounds of changes which must be provided in a timely manner (this will be detailed upon the start of your project). Failure to provide changes or responses in a timely manner will incur delay fees.

• A final payment of the remaining balance is due upon receipt of your package tracking number or at pick-up.
